BLC, LLC was formed after recognizing a great need to make leadership development and in-service opportunities more accessible and more affordable to communities at large. For too long have these training and skill-enhancement platforms eluded those who are not in lofty positions or in executive leadership. BLC is committed to playing it's role in working to erase these divisions and to help empower individuals to strengthen their communities.

About the Owner
Michael T. Brown, M.Ed.
Michael’s professional career includes working as a School & home-based counselor, parent educator, teambuilding trainer/facilitator; while also serving in church ministry. Michael was awarded the Above and Beyond Award, for excellence in the field of counseling in his area school division, in 2003.
